Our story
Shane Martin has dedicated 20 years of his life to increasing the bottom line by way of the Supply Chain, one process/project at a time.
He has extensive experience in all facets of supply chain management, across many industries. In addition to his consulting projects, Shane has previously worked for Red Bull, PepsiCo, USG, KDC/One, BorgWarner Automotive, and Benteler Automotive.
In addition to extensive “real world” experiences, Shane has a strong educational acumen. He has a Bachelors Degree in Supply Chain Management from Michigan State University, the top rated program of it’s kind. He received his MBA from the University of Illinois with specializations in Strategic Management & Business Analytics, and a MicroMasters Certification in Supply Chain Management from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. He is also a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.
Our ingredients
We work with 14 local farmers to source all of the grains, fruit, and dairy that go into our breads and pastries. Our bread is human—from the farmers who mill and harvest our grains, to the bakers who put passion and care into each loaf they make.
